In 2020, I contributed a story to the book 'De Vleesvrije Stad'. (The Meat-free City) It was hard work, but ended up being a complete exploration into the ins and outs of nutrition science, agriculture, supermarket dynamics, altogether mixed with some cheeky comments on comfort culture and a forward-looking vision of urban rewilding. Big thanks to Jolanda van Benthem for helping me realise the story and being a great sparring partner! Big thanks to Mark Schalken for starting this project and inviting me and many others to be a part of this awesome book.
